My 1st Post

Well, first I make a Facebook page and now I'm blogging.... I'm def. trying to be a part of this whole computer tech age. So, I guess I'll use this 1st post to explain the theme of this blog. I will be documenting my experiences in the city... New York City for all you non-NYers, as well as providing commentary on current events. (it's too bad I didn't start this blog during the election... boy I would've had SO much to comment on!!!)

I'll start with this story:
http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/12/26/missing.baby.hoax/index.html?eref=rss_topstories
It's about this awful woman who decided that the only way she could get her ex-bf back was to make up a tragic story about her 5 mo old son gone missing. Yes, she fabricated a story about her son gone missing. But that's not the worst... Apparently, she never even had a son!! So, this woman decided to devise a plant o win her ex back by making up this story-- which led to a week long search by the police and other authorities. Wasting the time of the police to search for a made up child. What is even more disturbing is that this woman, from Florida, extorted the police and community out of time and compassion, when most of Florida is still distraught over the tragedy of Caylee Anthony. This woman obviously has some histrionic tendencies-- just the act of lying to her ex about him fathering a child is a cry for attention. This woman should be held accountable for fabricating this story. I can't imagine the amount of pain a mother goes through if her child is taken from her-- this woman took advantage of that pain. She, to me, is a monster.

  1. Oh the lengths some women go to in order to keep a man - if only they knew better! Reminds me so much of the crazy woman from Georgia a few years ago who faked a kidnapping when all she did was run away from an over-the-top wedding!
